9/8 Emergency Update

We made a quick update to the Biztrackr application today to fix an issue caused last night during some database changes. For a while today, if you tried to create a new service item, Biztrackr would create the item but show an error saying that it failed. The issue has been cleared up now, so creating service items should no longer show that error.
