3/29 Service Disruption

On Friday, March 29th, the Biztrackr site was unavailable for approximately 2 hours. We had a server hardware issue that caused the server to go offline. The cause of the problem was a single, non-RAID hard drive that was being used at a temp drive. The drive was removed and the server was restarted. If more temp drive space is added to the server in the future, it will be part of a RAID array of drives so there will not be a single point of failure again.
