Consolidating the overall page

We would like to be able to view a request all on one page. It seems there is ample space to consolidate everything to fit on the screen without having to scroll down to view things. We do not care if the activity log is not view-able without scrolling, but it would be nice if the notes section was view-able at the same time as the request info.
