Expanding and Collapsing sections

We would like it if when we collapsed a section, if it would stay collapsed until we expanded it again. For example if i collapse the completed section on the service side, it will expand again once i refresh the screen or go back into and then out of a service request. We would like it to stay collapsed until we expand it again.
